We continue to monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation and are doing everything we can to support the health and safety of our employees, their loved ones, and our customer community as a whole. While we are taking this seriously, we believe that remaining open and able to deliver fencing materials is also critical. As long as the local governments allow, we intend to continue to fulfill orders, make deliveries, and be here to just answer your questions as they may be.
To support our state and local government’s efforts to fight the spread of the coronavirus, and in line with the most recent government orders, we are implementing the following procedures for our three locations:
- We request all orders be placed in advance either by phone or email. Walk-in sales and the showroom will be closed for now.
- All orders are to either be delivered or picked up with a scheduled pick-up time.
- For the time being, customers will not be allowed to enter any building or production area.
We have stocked up significantly for the season ahead. Although we anticipate some supply chain issues, we are prepared to deliver to our customers and contractors as you have come to expect in all three AVO locations that remain operational and ready for your business. As the situation continues to evolve, we will adapt as necessary, keeping the latest local and federal guidelines at the forefront.
Riding out economic cycles is something American construction professionals are used to doing with resilience and resolve. This country has never failed to pick itself up in the wake of disaster and crisis—and in every case, it is the construction business and the American tradesman that leads the way. For my installers and construction contractors, we are ready to be there for you and to help. And for my homeowners, now is a great time, while you’re at home, to take on that project that has been lingering—and possibly supporting your local installer.
